Stay up to date with the latest developments at Ever Carbon and explore insights into carbon fiber composite recycling, circular technologies, recycled material applications and industry trends as we continue advancing high-value resource recovery and sustainable material innovation.
From September 1 to 3, the 29th China International Composites Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) with great success. As the largest composites industry benchmark event in the Asia-Pacific region, this edition brought together more than 970 exhibitors and attracted over 30,000 professional visitors from home and abroad, presenting new equipment, new materials and new technologies across the full composites industry chain, with green recycling and dual-carbon sustainability becoming one of the core highlights of the exhibition. Jiangsu Ever Carbon Circular Technology Co., Ltd. returned to the stage with its full range of recycled and virgin carbon fiber products, showcasing its large-scale production and green supply chain service capabilities to customers worldwide.
At this exhibition, Ever Carbon focused on delivering mature, mass-production-ready product solutions to industrial customers at home and abroad, displaying a complete range of GRS-certified recycled chopped carbon fiber and recycled carbon fiber nonwoven products alongside a product matrix of virgin chopped fibers from T300 to T800. Throughout the show, the booth attracted a steady stream of visitors. Domestic customers from the wind power, automotive lightweighting and modified engineering plastics sectors, as well as overseas sourcing teams from Europe and Southeast Asia, engaged in detailed discussions on the recycling of decommissioned wind turbine blades, the batch-to-batch stability of recycled fiber supply, custom surface sizing and formulation technical support. Combining customers' actual operating conditions, the on-site team provided product selection and technical support for different application scenarios such as modified plastics, construction reinforcement, high-temperature insulation substrates and 3D-printed composites, and many overseas customers expressed their intention to test samples and place long-term bulk orders.
Ever Carbon has built dual closed-loop recycling production lines. Relying on oxygen-controlled pyrolysis and chemical depolymerization processes, it achieves efficient resource recovery of decommissioned wind turbine blades and waste composite components while fully preserving the original mechanical properties of the carbon fiber, enabling stable, large-scale delivery of high-performance recycled carbon fiber. The company is deeply involved in the development of national industry standards and has parallel production capabilities for both recycled and virgin carbon fiber, capable of meeting global customers' demand for large-volume, long-term and stable procurement.
Leveraging the international trade platform of the Shanghai Composites Exhibition, Ever Carbon efficiently connected with downstream markets around the world and further expanded the influence of its recycled carbon fiber products in the international green supply chain. The company will continue to build on technological innovation, closing the loop from waste disposal to end-use material applications, and provide sustainable, cost-effective, compliant and reliable carbon fiber reinforcement solutions for the global wind power, automotive and composites industries, helping the global composites industry transition toward a circular economy.
