Focused on the resource recovery of end-of-life carbon fiber composites, Ever Carbon applies advanced pyrolysis and depolymerization technologies to return high-performance recycled materials to manufacturing applications and advance a more sustainable circular economy.
Jiangsu Ever Carbon Circular Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Yangzhou, China. We operate a key provincial benchmark project focused on composite circular economy. We specialize in the eco-friendly recycling and resource regeneration of waste carbon fiber composites and decommissioned fiberglass products, with a core focus on the full-scale recycling and reuse of retired wind turbine blade waste.
We are the first enterprise in China to achieve commercial-scale pyrolysis for waste composite materials. Our business covers the complete industrial chain: waste recycling and disposal, material separation and purification, precision inspection and processing, and finished product manufacturing.
We participate in national industry standard formulation and serve as one of the key drafting units for the national standard Recycled Carbon Fiber for Cement Concrete (GB/T 45470-2025). We hold a full range of core invention patents covering composite pyrolysis and carbon fiber regeneration technologies. Our independently developed oxygen-controlled pyrolysis technology has been professionally reviewed by expert committees of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials, reaching “domestic leading and international advanced” technical level. In 2023, we were awarded the title of “National Outstanding Enterprise” in recognition of our large-scale production capacity and comprehensive technical strength.
We have built dual closed-loop production systems based on precision oxygen-controlled pyrolysis and chemical depolymerization technologies. Our processes effectively separate carbon fibers from resin matrices of retired wind blades and scrapped composite parts, while maximally retaining the original mechanical properties of carbon fibers. We realize stable, large-volume manufacturing of high-performance recycled carbon fiber products, including various recycled chopped fibers.
In addition to recycled carbon fiber series, we also produce full-grade virgin chopped carbon fibers, covering T300, T400, T700 and T800 grades. With both recycled and virgin production lines in operation, we can fully meet global clients’ demands for large-volume, stable and long-term material supply.
We have obtained official GRS certification and implement full-process traceability from waste collection and fiber regeneration to surface modification and finished product delivery. We can provide standardized GRS Transaction Certificates (GRS-TC) for all overseas orders. This enables our global partners in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East to meet ESG supply chain requirements, carbon footprint evaluation and carbon-neutral product certification standards.
Our high-performance recycled carbon fiber products are widely applied in high-end manufacturing fields, including lightweight structural components, aerospace non-structural parts, medical equipment, sporting goods, architectural and engineering materials, high-temperature thermal insulation substrates, modified engineering plastics and 3D printing composites. We provide global customers with one-stop technical solutions, including customized fiber specifications, professional surface sizing and modification, and material formulation support.
We keep pace with global circular economy development and international carbon reduction trends. We remain committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective, eco-friendly and stable carbon fiber reinforcement solutions for the global wind energy, automotive and advanced composite industries.
