Stay up to date with the latest developments at Ever Carbon and explore insights into carbon fiber composite recycling, circular technologies, recycled material applications and industry trends as we continue advancing high-value resource recovery and sustainable material innovation.
The recycling and reuse of carbon fiber composites requires a stable process system and large-scale disposal capacity as support. Our company has installed large pyrolysis equipment for carbon fiber composites and built strong daily processing capacity, providing the foundation for industrialized recycling.
The pyrolysis process removes resin and other matrix components from composites, allowing the carbon fiber to be more fully liberated and reused. After subsequent crushing, sieving and testing, the material can be made into products of different specifications, such as pellets, unsized filaments and chopped fibers.
As pyrolysis and disposal capacity continues to improve, recycled carbon fiber will more readily enter standardized supply systems, serving multiple application scenarios including modified plastics, composite products, and conductive and antistatic materials.
